FAIR OAKS MIXED-USE | 828 N. FAIR OAKS AVE, PASADENA CA 91103

GRS Development Group constructed this residential and commercial building in CA. We were very strict about the materials and footprint of our work. Our client was interested in an economically and environmentally sustainable outcome, and we did everything to respect these wishes. The project was completed earlier than the anticipated completion date and under budget.

COCHRAN STREET DEVELOPMENT, SIMI VALLEY, CALIFORNIA

Tract housing development with three different models (2500 - 4500 square feet).  20 new single family dwelling constructed.  Field engineer and structural consultants.
